Transit Lab Baghdad (Individual developer), operating CH'ILL Coffee & Tea House("CH'ILL", "we"), provides the CHILL cafe mobile app (iq.chill.app) and related order services in Baghdad, Iraq. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account: phone number (for OTP login), optional name, car details, birthday, referral code.
- Orders: items, payment method, order status, optional barista notes.
- Location (Grab & Go only): while you have an active pickup order, we receive location updates to start preparing your order when you are nearby. We do not track location outside active orders.
- Loyalty: points, stamps, redemptions, subscription status.
- Diagnostics (if enabled): crash reports and anonymized usage analytics — user ID only, not phone or precise location in third-party tools.
How we use data
- Authenticate you and fulfill orders
- Operate loyalty and subscriptions
- Send order-status push notifications (with your permission)
- Improve reliability and fix bugs
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the app: OTP delivery (OTPIQ/WhatsApp), payment gateways (ZainCash, Qi Card), push delivery (Firebase), and optional error/analytics providers (Sentry, PostHog). We do not sell personal data.
Retention & security
Order and account data is retained for business and legal needs. Access is restricted to authorized staff. Passwords and tokens are stored using industry-standard hashing and encryption.
Your choices
- Deny or revoke location permission — Grab & Go proximity prep will not work automatically.
- Deny notifications — you will not receive push alerts.
