Transit Lab Baghdad operates the CHILL cafe app for CH'ILL Coffee & Tea House. This page explains how to request deletion of your mobile app account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the CHILL cafe app (recommended)

Open the CHILL cafe app and sign in with your phone number.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm when prompted.

Deletion is immediate once confirmed. You must not have an active pickup order in progress (Received, Preparing, or Ready). Finish or cancel that order first, then try again.

Option 2 — Email us

If you cannot access the app, email chillcafe.iq@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (if any) or include the phone number you use to sign in. Subject line: CHILL cafe account deletion request. We will verify ownership and process your request within 30 days.

What we delete

Your profile details: name, email, car type, and car color (cleared from our systems).
Push notification tokens registered to your account.
Your ability to sign in — the account is marked deleted and you are signed out.

What we keep

Some information is retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and business operations, even after you delete your account:

Phone number — kept on a deactivated account record so a new sign-up with the same number cannot reset promotional or loyalty limits unfairly.
Order history — past orders, payments, and receipts retained as required for accounting and dispute resolution.
Loyalty and subscription records — historical points, redemptions, and subscription billing tied to your past activity.

Retention period

Deleted profile fields and push tokens are removed at the time of deletion. Order and financial records are kept for up to 7 years where required by applicable law and business needs, then deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.

Re-registering

You may sign up again later with the same phone number. Your previous order and loyalty history remains associated with our records under the policies above; promotional eligibility may differ from a first-time customer.
